I had an absolutely great night with Whistler Tasting Tours. All the restaurants they brought us to were Whistler's Best. The food and wine pairings were fantastic. It was such a novel way for us to get to know Whistler village and Whistler restaurants. We knew exactly where to go the rest of our holiday. My wife and I would like to send a big thanks to Joe and Skai for being so professional and showing us a truly unique and fantastic evening! I would recommend Whistler Tasting Tours for anyone that likes food, wine and fine dining. Whistler has it all and Whistler Tasting Tours will get it to you in one night. Whistler Tasting Tours

A1. Bearfoot Bistro - We learn the tradition of sabering Champagne in the largest wine cellar in Canada. Then a guests gets to take the sword to the bottle and chop the top. Melissa, Canada's best chef, serves a light, ocean inspired, 3 piece taster plate.

A2. Sumac Ridge Stellar's Jay Brut - We drink the sparkling white wine after the top has been sabered off.

A3. Hy's Steakhouse - Known for their steak, Hy's switches it up and serves us their incredible blackened Ahi Tuna.

A4. Nk'Mip Pinot Noir - It pairs beautifully with the Ahi.

A5. Kypriaki Norte - Kike prepares his famous 6 hour slow roasted lamb dinner that fills even the largest of appetites.

A6. Peller Estates Merlot - This red balances the lamb perfectly.

A7. The FireRock lounge - A great spot to put the feet up, soak up the atmosphere, enjoy a little dessert and stay for a few cocktails.

A8. Prospect Vidal Icewine - A decadent finish for the palate.

A9. Rocky Mountain - The night wouldn't be complete without a stop for some chocolate treats.

B1. Elements Urban Tapas Parlour - Voted Whistler's Best for Taps, we serve up a fresh surprise that is sure to be tasty.

B2. Prospect Sauvignon Blanc - A lively wine that is a great start to the evening.

B3. Apres Restaurants - Eric's passion for food is evident in his butternut squash ravioli sprinkled with goat cheese and a beurre balnc sauce.

B4. Sandhill Pinot Blanc - A perfect balance for the pasta dish.

B5. Quattro - Italian to perfection, we serve a delicious main course tender meat.

B6. Mission Hill Five Vineyards Cab Merlot - A full bodied red that pairs well with the main course.

B7. The Mountain Club - We serve a tasty dessert in our cozy lounge space.

B8. Inniskillin Riesling Icewine - What a treat to finish the evening with this delicately harvested drink.

B9. Rogers' Choclates - Fitting with the wine theme, we serve a decadent icewine infused chocolate.
